Most banks look at a Huracán and see a depreciating toy. We look at it and see a car with a real market, real comps and a buyer who knows exactly what they want. That gap is why exotic car financing works differently from the loan you got on your daily driver.
Here's how it works with us, and what you should check no matter who you borrow from.
What counts as an exotic, and why banks struggle with it
Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche's GT and Turbo cars, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Singer. These cars don't fit a bank's book-value guide. Values swing with spec, mileage and history, and a loan officer who has never priced a 911 GT3 Touring will usually cap the term short or pass.
We're a Riverton, Utah lender built around these cars. We price the specific car in front of us, not a category. The Vehicles page shows what we finance.
The terms, in plain English
Rizz Lending loans spread monthly payments over 120, 180 or 240 months. They are not 20-year loans: each loan matures at 84 months, and at that point the remaining balance (a balloon payment) is due. The borrower can pay it off, apply to refinance it or sell the car. There is no prepayment penalty.
The long amortization keeps the monthly payment low. The 84-month maturity is the part people skip over, so plan for it on day one. Most owners sell, trade up, pay it off or apply to refinance before or at that point.
Other basics:
- Credit: we typically look for a 700+ FICO.
- Down payment: at least 20%. Depending on the car, the borrower and the loan amount it can run up to 40%.
- Luxury SUVs such as the Cullinan, Urus, G-Class, Bentayga and Range Rover typically need at least 30% down because they depreciate faster.
- Loan size: the minimum amount financed is $80,000, and we go up to $1M+.
- Use: personal use only. No Turo, rentals, ride-share or livery. An LLC can own the car as long as it isn't rented out.
What moves your rate
We don't publish a rate sheet here because the rate depends on the deal. Three things matter most: your credit profile, how much you put down, and the car itself. A well-documented car with a strong down payment is a better loan for everyone, and it prices that way.
You can run the numbers on our Borrow Smart calculator with no account and no credit hit. A real quote comes after you apply, and the first look is a soft pull that won't touch your score.
Tips that actually save money
Get the car inspected. A pre-purchase inspection by a shop that knows the marque costs a few hundred dollars. It can save you from a five-figure engine-out service.
Know your exit at month 84. Write down what you'll do at maturity before you sign: sell, pay it off or apply to refinance. If you plan to keep the car longer, budget for the balloon.
Pay extra when you can. There's no prepayment penalty, so every extra dollar shrinks the balloon.
Insure it properly. Lenders want agreed-value or full coverage with the lender listed. Get a quote before you commit to the car.
Cash or finance?
Paying cash means no interest. It also means a big chunk of money sitting in a garage. Plenty of our buyers would rather keep that capital working and carry a payment they're comfortable with. That's a personal call, and we'll show you the math either way.
